| James Kime (co-founder,
chief financial officer) heads financial planning
and assists in strategic planning and direction for Kimedia.
He has successfully designed and implemented both accounting
& financial systems for a major shared residence club,
including templating, presenting, and managing cash flow,
income, P&L, and budgetary statements. James has also
led technology teams to various international locations setting
up IT and AV at high-end luxury residences.
James has a dual degree in Finance and Management
and currently resides in San Francisco. James will be finishing
all required coursework to become a Licensed California Real
Estate Broker by the fourth quarter of 2007, at which time
he will become co-Director of Real Estate Acquisitions for
a major participant in the shared residence industry.
'James currently works part-time for Kimedia
as an advisor in financial and strategic planning.
