Susan Kime (co-founder, president)
is a writer and editor who has worked for many luxury real
estate and travel magazines. She is credited as being one
of the first to write consistently about the shared residence
industry in detail. Her work has been published in The
Travel Connoisseur, The
Robb Report, Robb
Report's Vacation Homes, Robb
Collections, Travel
Weekly, Stratos,
Trader Monthly,
and European CEO
just to name a few.
At present, Susan is a contribuiting journalist
to the Halogen Guides.
Until ceasing publication in late 2007, Susan also worked
as Editor-in-Chief of The
Travel Connoisseur, a magazine entirely devoted to fractional
ownership.
Before this, Susan held the post of the Residence
Club Update Editor of Elite
Traveler Magazine. From 2004 to the present she has written
extensively on the socio-cultural implications of the evolving
shared residence industry, both nationally and internationally.
Susan also holds advanced degree in psychology,
something very helpful when consulting for Private Residence
and Destination Clubs who are in the beginning phases of brand
development, helping them architect their vision from a basic
concept to a multi-faceted identity.
